Shipping


The goods are sent when we receive the money.

If any item is not in stock the customer will be contacted.


At special times of the year such as Christmas and New Year, shipment times may be longer. Red days and holidays we do not sent packages. The purchase is handled the next business day.

Aquarium plants are sent only when the temperature permits. At sub-zero, plants are sent only at your own risk.


If goods are not collected the customer is charged for the extra shipping costs.


Collect goods at the fair: Sometimes we can offer you to pick up your goods at a nearby fair. In this case pay the goods on the web as usual. When we receive the money, we reserve the goods and bring them to the fair where you can collect the goods from our desk or directly from the car.

Returning rights:
you always have 14 days right to return goods


returning right does not apply if:

* Seal is broken.

* If the goods have been used or handled carelessly by the buyer and hence is not in its original condition.


If you want to cancel a purchase, please contact one of our stores.


Warranty Case

If an item is defective and must be
replaced the shipping is payed by us. For warranty issues please contact one of our stores by phone or email. Be sure to save receipts.

If the goods is damaged during shipping please contact the store. In this case, the
responsibility lies with the delivery company.


Payment

Payment is made either by cash on delivery, by wire transfer or PayPal

COD, you pay when you pick up the goods.

Bank Transfers:
you transfer money to our bank account. Just like paying a bill.


To pay via PayPal, you need to register an account on Paypal. This is free to you as a buyer and is a fast and secure way to shop online.

Plants:


We reserve the rights that some plants temporarily is out of stock. If this is the case,
the customer will be contacted.

If a plant is not in stock at the purchase, we make sure to order it to the next delivery. In this case the customer is notified abbout the delay and how long it will delay.

Akvarie-Hobby and Djur-hobby can not vouch for whether our suppliers run out of certain species in its stock. But if that is the case
the customer is notified and offered other options or repurchase.


Other:

    
* We reserve the rights that the goods may be out of stock. If so,
the customer is offered as quick a solution as possible.
